ENSEVIO Terms of Service
ENSEVIO · Effective date: 26 October 2026 · Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern the use of ENSEVIO, available at app.ensevio.eu, and related public pages at ensevio.eu. ENSEVIO provides tools for bands to organize concerts, tasks, members, setlists, finances, documents and band presentations.
1. Operator and contact
- Operator: Jakub Janků (individual, ENSEVIO project)
- Contact email: support@ensevio.eu
2. Access and accounts
You need to sign in to use private features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for accurate account details, protecting your access and activities carried out through your account. Contact the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Users may create bands, accept invitations and collaborate under assigned roles. A band owner or manager controls membership and permissions within that band's workspace. Band-level roles do not grant platform-wide administrative permissions.
3. Availability and pricing
ENSEVIO is currently a free, invitation-only closed beta. This is not a promise that the service will remain free indefinitely. Any future paid offering and its price will be presented separately; no paid subscription will be imposed without the user's express agreement.
Features may change and availability may be affected by development or maintenance. We make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but do not provide a contractually guaranteed service level (SLA) for the free test version. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
4. Your content and permitted use
Content uploaded by a user or band, such as text, images, documents, contacts and setlists, remains owned by the relevant rights holders. You grant the operator a non-exclusive permission to technically store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide the ENSEVIO features you use.
You must have the rights and legal basis to upload, share or publish content, including photographs, music, logos and other people's personal data. You must not submit unlawful content, distribute malware, circumvent security or attempt unauthorized access to another band's information.
5. Private and public content
Information in a band's private workspace is available to permitted members according to their roles. When an authorized user enables a public EPK, registered-band directory profile or public concert API, selected information becomes accessible outside the band. The publishing user and relevant band are responsible for having the necessary rights and keeping public information accurate.
Disabling publication stops further direct publication through ENSEVIO, but copies previously obtained by third parties, including search engines, may not disappear immediately.
6. Google integrations
Google OAuth may be used for sign-in. The optional Google Calendar feature uses the `calendar.app.created` scope to create a dedicated ENSEVIO calendar and synchronize events within it. It is not intended to alter your primary personal calendar or unrelated existing calendars. External Google services remain subject to Google's own terms.
You may revoke Google's access, which may interrupt synchronization and may not automatically remove previously created calendar content.
7. Finance and record-keeping
The finance feature is an internal record of band income, expenses, reimbursements and related items. ENSEVIO does not itself provide payment services, money transfers, bookkeeping, or tax or legal advice. Users remain responsible for their records and applicable obligations.
8. Data protection and backups
Our Privacy Policy at https://ensevio.eu/en/privacy/ describes personal data processing. ENSEVIO uses technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can eliminate every security or operational risk. Particularly during the preliminary phase, users should also keep originals of important documents outside ENSEVIO.
9. Restrictions and reporting content
If there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse, unlawful content or serious security disruption, the operator may proportionately restrict the affected content or access when necessary. Where feasible and appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a contact route. Suspected unlawful public content may be reported via the operator's email, ideally including a URL, description and reason for the report. Where additional legal procedural obligations apply to the service, the operator must comply with them.
10. Closing accounts and deleting information
Users may request account closure or deletion of relevant personal data through the operator's contact email. If you belong to a shared band workspace, closing your personal account does not necessarily erase the band's shared records; their continued processing depends on relevant access rights and legal grounds. Deletion is handled under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for content provided by users or for independent third-party services outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Changes and governing law
Material changes to these terms will be notified reasonably in advance. Where new consent is legally required, we will request it. Czech law applies, without prejudicing mandatory consumer protections that may apply under other relevant laws. We aim to resolve disputes amicably through the contact email first.
